Fantastic Experience in the Heart of the City
direct access tea selection friendly service
I enjoyed convenient access to many malls and train stations directly from the hotel without going outside. My room had great tea and coffee selections that I used daily. The staff provided super friendly service during my entire stay. I will choose this hotel for my next visit.
I noticed the walkway at basement 3 from the hotel to the mall car park was untidy and disorganized.

the breakfast area was fantastic.. it had a very large selection of hot dishes from a big kitchen. fruit and nuts. all the staff were very service-minded. the room had a great selection of drinks, tea, and coffee.

The location was central. i could easily walk to many attractions and the mrt station across the street was super useful. Everything felt convenient! the rooms were also very spacious and beautifully designed. i especially loved how quiet and dark the room was, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day exploring. finally, the breakfast buffet had a huge selection, and the a la carte options.
i noticed the study table had some hair from a previous guest, it wasn't a big deal. but it was slightly bothersome.

ideal location spacious room convenient gym breakfast buffet
the location is ideal. Malls and shopping areas were at walking distance from the hotel. the room had space for three, such a relief. the gym is convenient, and the breakfast buffet is a treat. I always found something to enjoy, although a bigger selection would be perfect.
The lighting system in the room could be better. More options for softer light are needed.
